Prof Tidy provides residential and small commercial cleaning services including house cleaning, apartment cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in cleaning, move-out cleaning, Airbnb turnover cleaning, and office cleaning.
Service area: We serve Brooklyn and Manhattan only. Requests outside these areas may be declined or require special approval.

Booking and scheduling

Access, safety, and conditions
You agree to provide safe, legal, and timely access to the premises at the scheduled time, including entry codes, doorman instructions, parking guidance, and elevator rules.
- Please secure valuables, fragile items, and sensitive documents before service.
- We may not move heavy furniture unless it is specifically agreed as part of the scope.
- We may decline tasks that require unsafe conditions or specialized remediation, including mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, or pest extermination.
- If a building requires COI documentation, you must tell us before booking so we can confirm requirements.
Customer responsibilities

- Secure pets and ensure a safe environment for our team

Pricing, deposits, and payment
