Prof Tidy provides residential and small commercial cleaning services including house cleaning, apartment cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in cleaning, move-out cleaning, Airbnb turnover cleaning, and office cleaning.

Service area: We serve Brooklyn and Manhattan only. Requests outside these areas may be declined or require special approval.

Quotes are based on the information you provide such as square footage, bedrooms and bathrooms, service type, condition of the space, add-ons requested, and access requirements.

• The scope of work will be based on our checklist for the selected service plus any confirmed add-ons.
• If the condition of the space differs materially from what was described, we may adjust pricing or timing.

Access, safety, and conditions

• Please secure valuables, fragile items, and sensitive documents before service.
• We may not move heavy furniture unless it is specifically agreed as part of the scope.
• We may decline tasks that require unsafe conditions or specialized remediation, including mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, or pest extermination.
• If a building requires COI documentation, you must tell us before booking so we can confirm requirements.
